Muscle Relaxing BlendRecipe makes about 4 ozs - 1.5 ozs of
Sweet Almond Oil or Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 1 oz of Grapeseed oil
- .5 oz of Sunflower oil

1/2 tsp. of your favorite Essential Oil
- 4 oz bottle or jar
Just mix them all together and pour into 4 oz squeeze bottle or pour
into a jar. Just a tip - oils massages are much better when the oil
heated. Just place the jar/bottle in hot water for a few minutes.
And be sure to try various essential oil or fragrance oil
combinations...think wild - strawberry, Apple-Cinnamon, Vanilla,
Chocolate.....you get the idea.
