1 cup Favorite Unscented Lotion
Base

1 tablespoon melted menthol
crystals

7 drops of Peppermint
Essential
Oil
Easy recipe - just melt the menthol
crystals over very low heat, then add to lotion
base along with the essential oil. Then just whip
for 5 minutes and pour into jar, bottle, or tubes.
