Soothing Body Bath
1 cup finely ground oatmeal 1 cup powdered milk 3/4 cup baking soda 12-15 drops
cinnamon essential oil
or oil of your choice 2 - 4 oz jars (optional)
Finely grind oatmeal and mix all ingredients in a bowl, except the essential oil.
Put the mixture into the jars by layering first the powdered mix and
then a few drops of essential oil, then another layer of the mixture.
After filling the jar, close tightly and mix well.
Make sure you
have plenty of time to enjoy a good relaxing and soothing soak!
Just add one jar to the bath!(Makes enough for 2 baths)

Basic Milk & Honey
1/2 cup liquid honey
3 cups powdered milk
lavender
buds
Combine all ingredients and pour into a nice decorative jar. When ready
to take time out for yourself with a luxurious bath, just get a heaping
scoop and dissolve in a warm bath.

Cleopatra's Beauty Bath Recipe
2 cups Powdered Milk
1 cup Dead Sea Salts or Epsom Salts
1/4 Teaspoon Lilac or Rose Otto Essential Oil
1/4 Teaspoon
Lavender or Frankincense
Essential Oil
In a large bowl, mix together powdered milk and salts. Sprinkle onto
mixture the fragrances. Pour into a pretty jar and be generous when you
scoop some out for your next bath!
